1.Conditions for exchange
- Case products are purchased on the CaseMe website
- The time must not exceed 30 days from the date of receiving the product
- The case the customer received does not match the product when the customer ordered
- The image printed on the case does not match the customer's original design
- The case is broken, discolored, or severely peeling.
2. Form of exchange
- Customer delivers case back to CaseMe office. Comes with purchase phone number information and order code. (Customers pay shipping fees)
- CaseMe will reprint the case according to the original requirements and send it back to the customer a few days later. (Customers pay shipping fees)
